Terms Acceptance & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 427 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting and gaming activities. 427 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time for verification purposes.

Use of this platform is restricted to legally eligible individuals. If you do not meet the age requirements or are subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use the services provided by 427. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 427 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 427 support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use due to the user's own negligence.

Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users who provide false or misleading information may have their account suspended.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

427 platform users agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems or games. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or use unauthorised automated software is strictly prohibited.

Users may not use the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 427. This includes advertising, reselling, or exploiting any part of the platform's services for personal gain outside the context of legitimate gameplay.

• The use of bots, automated software, or any other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Distributing obscene, inciting, or defamatory content through any communication feature on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security of the 427 platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring funds between user accounts for suspicious purposes or in violation of platform policy is strictly prohibited.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 427 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and TNG eWallet. The platform reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any available payment method without prior notice.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the name registered on their bank account or digital wallet matches the information on their 427 account. Any mismatch may cause transaction delays or rejections. Any fees charged by payment service providers are the user's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe determined by the chosen method and verification requirements. 427 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Deposited funds may not be transferred or used for any purpose other than legitimate betting activity on the platform.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 427 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

427 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or behaving in a manner that undermines the integrity of the platform. Suspension and termination decisions are final and rest solely at the platform's discretion. Any legitimate funds in a terminated account will be processed upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable compliance requirements.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted until the investigation is concluded. Users who are dissatisfied with an account-related decision may contact the 427 support team via email for further clarification.
